Arjun’s Choice: A Short English Story with a Moral Lesson

Arjun choosing Lord Krishna over a powerful army before a great battle
Reading Time: 2 minutes

Arjun was a brave and skilled warrior. One day, he had to make an important decision.

A great war was about to begin. Before the war, Lord Krishna gave Arjun and Duryodhan a choice.

He said, “On one side, you can have my powerful army. On the other side, you can have me. I will not fight, but I will guide you.”

Duryodhan quickly chose the army. He was happy because it was large and strong.

Arjun stayed calm. He thought carefully.

Then he said, “I choose you, Krishna.”

Duryodhan laughed and said, “You made a mistake. I chose the bigger power.”

But Arjun trusted his decision.

During the war, Krishna guided Arjun at every step. His wisdom helped Arjun stay strong and make the right choices.

In the end, Arjun won the battle.

He did not win because he had more power. He won because he made the right choice.
